MY NEWEST BABY

I’ve always loved tinkering with abubuts ever since I was a little girl. I used to joke to Paolo that He’s responsible for the math lessons for our future kids. It is because I believe my left-side of the brain is the more evolved plane. I like to think I’m a creative person combined with what ate honey describes as my imeldific qualities. I love accessories, I love creating abubuts. Put them together and I have one of my fave hobbies ever: creating accessories. I’ve been making accessories and frills for quite some time already but I only recently opened an Online shop. I only used to make bracelets for resellers when I realized I should be stamping my brand on them. My small business is just in its baby stage. So far, I am grateful for the response. I guess I am more about sharing and showing my creations more than anything else. It was also a blessing that this came in my life at this point in time. It lessens my bridezilla tendencies because I get to channel my creativity in another outlet. =)
PLEASE CHECK OUT MY STUFF AT http://thebeadbar.multiply.com/ All items are made of real stones and crystals (I’m not such a fan of plastic, gumball beads). Handmade by yours truly. =) Contact me at my multiply site for more info =)

Met up with my favorite queen, Tristan last Saturday. I love pictures with my friends modeling my bracelets! Hehe. Tristan is a very dear friend I've met along one of my twists in life. That one not-so-good experience actually brought me a friend for life. What I love about this particular girly is he is just so positive and he makes me feel beautiful although he aways tries to steal Paolo from me. He is a super eventologist, one of the most sought after concerts, parties and gig organizers in Davao but more than that, he is a good and loyal person who loves his family and friends. So guys if you need a party organizer, events coordinator, gown designer, acrobat, fire eater, whatever in your parties, let me know.

ROCK baby, ROCK!

Meet our newest addition in the family, ELIJAH ROCCO "ROCK" PEREZ ESPINA. I can't wait to see my new nephew. I love him already. =)

WE'RE ALMOST THERE.

Sometimes I still can’t believe that exactly next month at the exact hour, I’m a married woman. I’m a Missus. I’m a Yason.
I’m so excited about married life for so many reasons. Even though Pao and I had been together for more than 5 years and we’ve known each other since forever, we never went on vacations and getaways together. We both come from traditional families, up until now; I still have a curfew that would put a high school freshman to shame. Every time Pao had a barkada getaway, he was the only one who didn’t have a partner and his friends would tease him about it, his price to pay for having a younger GF (although I must say, I think he is secretly proud of it) and I’m even prouder about the fact that it was never an issue for him. Before, I was embarrassed to admit it to friends. I come from a liberal environment in college and I’ve always thought sharing these details would be pointless since no one would believe me anyway. But I’m quite proud of it now. I really appreciate my parents for setting up for us the standards, for raising the bar. My papa gave us grand debuts on the premise that we will be married in the same fashion and even more and of course, to a man who would do anything for us, just the way he did. Not because they have to but because they want to. I couldn’t have asked for a better man who embodies all these. And I want my future daughter to feel the same way someday. I love the fact that my fiancĂ© is a one great groom. For the last nine months, he immersed himself in all these wedding brouhahas like a real man. I never heard him complain about the girliness and the pointlessness of it all. He shared my excitement, all the nitty-gritty details, my vision and all my dramas and even so much more than I expected not so much because he’s into weddings at all but because he loves me and he knows that this is what I want and deserve. AND FOR THAT PAOLO ANTONIO, I’m deeply in love with you. THANK YOU.

These make me more excited about being married: going on looong vacations, travelling since I know Pao loves travelling, seeing the places we’ve always wanted to see together, cooking dinner for each other, staying up soooo late and having no curfew finally! Hehehe. And I know that these will be so much sweeter because we will be doing these only AFTER the veil is lifted. ;)

Our Rock

We need prayers for my nephew, our little Rock. God is good, all our faith and hope in Him.

Meeting with the caterer

I didn't know that an afternoon spent talking about linens, napkins, chairs and plates could be so much fun =)

We love our flowers!

Mama and I showing off our flowers from Paolo. It was really funny because Papa kept insisting he was the one who asked Pao to buy the flowers...

Pre-Valentines

We spent the afternoon after the photoshoot in one of our fave coffee shops in Tagaytay, Bag o' Beans.

our second pre-nups

JUST A MONTH AWAY.

We had our second prenups at Ville Sommet, one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Tagaytay (hehe, plugging) with our second team photographers headed by Mr. Kyle Espina, an up and coming, talented photographer. =)

All our Faith in our Little Rock...

All our Faith in our Little Rock. I can't wait to meet you, Elijah Rocco. We are praying and rooting for you, We love you so much.

The Great Joys of my life...

My nieces are getting cuter and prettier by the day. I. CAN'T. WAIT.

My fave DJ

...And looky who I found wandering about...

My very dear friend and highschool classmate, the one and only, self-proclaimed, undisputed beauty queen, Dhjoanna!
I was on my way to Ortigas after my lunch with Maru when I bumped into DJ, we had an impromptu date and caught up with each other's lives. We spent more than an hour at CBTL. I've always loved DJ, I love her sense of humor and how she makes the littlest things into issues of epic proportions. Hehe, I miss you already, dheej!

My Maru

I went out for lunch with one of my closest friends, Angelica in Trinoma. She was able to squeeze me in her very tight schedule. "Maru" is such a joy. Whenever I need a shot of sunshine, she's my go-to person. I especially love my bracelet on her (plugging, hehe). I love it that we were able to share our wedding preps with each other because we are scheduled to wed just a month apart (I'll be her matron of honor)! It makes the planning more enjoyable and fun. I love it more that we have completely different styles, I'm a traditional-Grace-Kelly bride while she is the coolest, most avant garde bride I know. Yet, we like each other's style. I really look forward to her "very maru" outfits everytime we go out and she never fails to disappoint. She struts her stuff like it's nobody's business. That's one of the many things I really enjoy about our friendship, we don't have to be so similar to appreciate one another. Love u Maru!

ROCCO HAS ARRIVED!!!

ROCCO HAS ARRIVED!!! My baby nephew, Elijah Rocco Perez Espina has arrived! He is a healthy, bouncing baby boy at 9.5 lbs!!! (Just like Cheska). My ate Hazel gave birth today at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Illinois through Normal delivery. Makes me nervous since my sisters have been popping out big babies and guess who's next in line? Gulp. Hopefully, not in the next two years. I'm still so enjoying being an aunt.

YANCA, CHESKA and ROCK!!! Uncle Josh and I are counting the days!!! We love you all so much =)

bising bising bisi

...and inspite of it all, I still have the time to dawdle here. This goes down as the busiest month of my life...yet I am excited 'coz the most important month of my life is...just a month away. hehe. It seems like we were just planning and pretending that we were planning. We were in a state of flurry and surreal state of existence for the first two months of our engagement...and now we are just a month away. *hay. I can say I enjoyed every minute of our planning, stressing, deciding, harrassing our suppliers, etc. etc and I am going to miss every single bit of this time in our lives...

Sorta...especially the loves to sleep part=) (hawig ko din daw picture, horns optional)

Angas Pose daw!

The two best photographers in Roxas, Oriental Mindoro! Always getting the money shots!

Move over, Aling Maya.

Random scenes of Roxas

Our fave pictures from our Roxas "pre-nups" =) I'll be uploading more pictures in my multiply site.
We have two pre-nup shoot with our photographers but we couldn't help but make one ourselves; There are so many beautiful and more importantly, special sceneries, it wasn't an effort at all. We actually enjoyed it a lot. After all, Roxas is more personal, more sentimental for us. We couldn't have asked for better "photographers." ;)

Pola, Oriental Mindoro

It was my first time to drop by the neighboring town of Pola. We went to our Tito Alex Aranas' new house. we couldn't have missed it since his face was all over the town, hehe. Tito Alex is currently the town mayor.
It was a really nice, swanky place. ;) Love the view! Wish we could have stayed longer. More pictures at my multiply site: http://www.isabel03.multiply.com

Tita Elsa's Country Farm and Resort

Tita Elsa Yason is a close friend of my mama and Paolo's aunt. It's so nice that since we both hail from the same small town, we have mutual friends and relatives and its just like one big party most of the times. =)
I love Tita Elsa's charming little country farm and resort. I hope I can go back soon. More pictures at my multiply site: http://www.isabel03.multiply.com/
