My wedding Onsite AVP

just the two of us...

I miss doodle’s giggles and pooh’s smiles already so much.

Sadness abound. Again. This time, it’s much more intense. It feels searing yet empty. There's no place in this world that excites me and saddens me more than an airport. People tell me it shouldn’t be so bad since I now have Paolo with me. What they don’t get is you don’t stop being a daughter, a sister when you become a wife. I have been married for more than a month already but the reality of it all, past all the flowery stage, only hit me hard today. I’ve realized my life is SO different from just three months ago. It is the first time in my quarter of a century existence that I’m totally away from my whole family. From worrying about school requirements for graduation, obsessing over my wedding, girly dramas and generally being a teenager for the last 12 years I’m now about to run 2 households, our family business, my small budding business, my studies and everything else in between. I have so much on my plate. It’s exciting yes, but just theoretically. In reality, it is more terrifying and for me, a bit overwhelming. I miss everyone already.
Time really flies so fast. Cliché but true. Still, I’m excited for my new adventures to unfold…

Cutest little thing ever

I was to go inside our house when I spotted little Yanca peeping thru the gate. My niece is a big Lolo's girl. She was watching my papa fix the driveway but knew that she wasn't allowed to go out so she was waiting patiently for her lolo. Such a cute little thing. It saddens me a bit that she'll be a wee older and bigger the next time I see her and Cheska after they leave this Wednesday.

=(

Our little Cheskapooh just turned 8 months. My niece is getting bigger by the day! We spent it with family just eating, swimming and hanging out the whole day. Eventhough it poured hard in the afternoon, everyone still jumped in the pool, even our little Cheska. =)

Maru's wedding!

I was the maid of honor to my dearest friend Angelica Marucut and her charming husband, Jar. I attended with Ate Vi and Paolo and it was a nice experience being able to attend for the first time a ceremony from another Church. They had the reception at Sonya's garden in Tagaytay and the wedding was just so personal and such a delight, nothing less for my maru. =) Yay for the newlyweds!

It has been a month yesterday. A month of being married. I'm happy to report that I'm settling quite happily into my new life. It went like just any ordinary day. I went with Paolo to his office, met somebody who's interested to export my bracelets, had a quiet dinner at home with my husband then proceeded to do our own things. Last night, I realized we were doing something completely different and were quiet for the last two hours. Something that rarely happenned when we were still bf-gf. Before, it felt as if we were always making the most of our time together that at the end of the day, we will be going on our separate ways. This time, I would happily be doing something else for hours on end and know at the end of the day, I'll have my man beside me. I was busy tinkering with my abubuts and happily beading away while he was watching sports in the internet in our room. I felt such contentment, i may be heading towards a boring old married existence but it is one safe and fulfilling existence. =)

in lvoe forever

I am a self-confessed midscale baghag because although I have a considerable collection of handbags, it only consists of humble brands such as Coach, Juicy Couture, Betsey Johnson, Zara and my fave Dooney and Bourke and occasional LV's. Although I'd starve for mainstream luxe Chanel or a Gucci, nothing, and I mean nothing compares to a Vuitton. Call me jologs or whatever, I LVOE LV. And to those who fake theirs, you only fool the people who do not have a real one. Can't wait for my next LVOE baby.

My two great loves. =)
